If you are expecting that not all of your visitors will have a mobile phone by hand, you can use a printing feature. The appointment or a place in the waiting line can be booked through a front test admin, or through the Kiosk App. By connecting your cloud printer to the app, you can easily print out a paper version of your tickets.
You can always limit the amount of tickets per visitors’ device. However if security is still a concern to you and is critical for your business, this feature will allow you to generate new random QR codes for your visitors to scan over a defined period of time.
No. The Kiosk app runs in a browser and can be operated on any system. The most common way is to run it on a tablet, which is then installed, where your visitors can interact with it. We can also provide a preconfigured device in a separate package.
No. The Kiosk app is a part of the 2meters.app platform. You get all components in one subscription. The Kiosk app becomes available beginning with the Pro subscription tier.
Yes, the multilingual interface allows you to operate it in the language you prefer. Currently, we support English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish and Ukrainian languages. If your language is not found, get in touch with us and with your support, we can make it happen!
The Kiosk app is designed to provide all visitors with an opportunity to book a visit even if they don't have any personal smartphone or don't want to use it for any reason. Simply set up a tablet on your premises with the Kiosk app page open and allow them to check in themselves. The Kiosk app has a simple interface where your visitors can be forwarded through the same workflow as your visitors who scanned a QR-code and booked their visit in the Booking app.
Definitely. By default, the Kiosk app uses the same customisation, which can be configured for the Booking app once you upgrade your subscription to the Pro tier. But if you need it to look differently, we can arrange this for you. Please contact our support.
